Professor Isabelle Ferreras’s scholarship on firms as political entities and the capitalism/democracy contradiction has contributed to policy discussions on work, economic democracy, and institutional reform. Through commissioned reports, expert advice, and collaboration with governments and international institutions, she workson questions related to democratic firm governance, labour, sustainability, and the institutional conditions for more democratic and resilient economies.
