Eurocadres President Nayla Glaise sat down with Isabelle Ferreras, Chair of the International Committee of High-Level Experts on Democracy at Work, for an interview continuing the theme of Eurocadres’ last congress: strengthening democracy at work.
The discussion builds on last year’s Eurocadres Congress, which highlighted the crucial role professionals and managers will play in re-balancing European workplaces: from ensuring workers have a say in the rollout of AI to helping set the course of companies. Eurocadres will continue to examine where tangible changes can be made, and how its advocacy efforts can complement the work of Ferreras and the Committee.
